We at Victoria's Era sincerely apologize if your recent purchase did not meet your expectations. It is our commitment to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we endeavor to make this process as seamless as possible. Please read our policy carefully before completing the form below.
Our Commitment to You (Following the Sunnah)
In adherence to the principles of the Sunnah, we accept returns for any fragrance with which you are unsatisfied. Your peace of mind is paramount.
Exchange and Return Guidelines
Please note the following criteria for all returns and exchanges:
· Eligibility Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
· Applicable Products: This policy is exclusively applicable to our 50ML perfume bottles and is only for online purchases.
· Product Condition: The perfume bottle must have at least 90% of the product remaining.
Usage and Product Integrity
A gentle reminder regarding the product's use:
· Minimal Use: For almost negligible use (well under 10%), no return charges are applicable.
· Usage Fee: A small handling fee will apply if the product has been used up to 10%.
· Ineligibility: If more than 10% of the product has been used, the item is unfortunately not eligible for return or exchange.
Packaging Fee
To ensure a smooth and cost-effective process, please return the item with its original packaging intact.
· If the original box is missing, or if it is damaged beyond the condition in which it was initially sent, a replacement box fee of Rs 400 will be charged.
Processing Your Request
· Processing Time: Please allow 5–6 working days for us to meticulously process your request upon receipt of the returned item.
